Cancellation policy

1. How your subscription works When you subscribe to our horoscopes or periodic reports, you agree to an automatic recurring charge (monthly or annual, whichever you choose) to the payment method you provided. Your subscription guarantees you continued access to premium digital content and regular updates for as long as it is active.

2. No minimum commitment There is no minimum commitment period. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.

3. How to cancel You can easily manage your subscription yourself:

• From your user profile on our website.
  

4. Flexible options (pause or skip) If you would rather not cancel outright, you can also do the following from your user profile:

• Skip a month: If you won't be using the service for a while, you can skip your next payment without losing your settings.
• Pause your subscription: Freeze billing for a set period and reactivate whenever you want.

5. What happens when you cancel If you cancel your subscription, the service remains active until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.

• Example: If you pay on the 1st and cancel on the 10th, you will still have access to your horoscope until the 30th. After that date, you will not be charged again, and you will lose access to premium content.

6. Subscription refunds We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused months if the subscription was not canceled in time. You are responsible for canceling before the automatic renewal date.
