When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. AISTROWISE reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until AISTROWISE confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment for your order to be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as AISTROWISE may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we decline an order, change it in any way, or cancel it, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided when the order was placed.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are solely for personal or household use and not for resale or export for commercial purposes.

Section 4: Prices and billing

 
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, and it will be set out in the order confirmation email you receive. Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Section 5: Delivery of digital products and access

Because our products are 100% digital (PDF files and online content), nothing is shipped. We deliver them by email to the address you provided at checkout or through a direct download link.

  1. Responsibility for your details: You are solely responsible for providing a correct, working email address. AISTROWISE is not responsible if the product is not received because the email address provided contains typos or because your inbox is full or disabled.

  2. Spam filters: You acknowledge that automated emails may be filtered into “Spam” or “Promotions” folders. It is your responsibility to check those folders before reporting that a product was not delivered.

  3. Processing times: You accept that there may be technical delays of up to 24 hours due to server maintenance or high order volume.

  4. Downloads: You are responsible for downloading and saving a copy of your digital report. AISTROWISE does not guarantee that your files will stay on our servers for more than 30 days after purchase.



Section 6: Intellectual property

License to use digital productsWhen you purchase a report or digital product from AISTROWISE, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for personal, private use. This means:

  • You may: Save the file to your devices and print it for your own personal use.
  • You may not: Resell the file, modify it, reproduce it for commercial purposes, distribute it publicly, or claim authorship of the content or the texts it contains. The intellectual property in the content, the methods and processes used to produce it, and the interpretive texts remains exclusively with AISTROWISE.

 
Our Services, including but not limited to the trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement of these, are owned by AISTROWISE, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by United States and foreign copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms allow you to use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, nothing in these Terms grants you, or shall be interpreted as granting you, a license or any other right under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of AISTROWISE, Shopify, or any third party. The AISTROWISE names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AISTROWISE, its affiliates, or its licensors. You must not use these trademarks without the prior written consent of AISTROWISE. The Shopify name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

As part of the Services, you may be given access to customer tools offered by third parties that we do not monitor, control, or have any input into.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to these tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, and without endorsement. We will have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

AISTROWISE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with AISTROWISE. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with AISTROWISE.
