What is astrological ikigai?

Ikigai is a Japanese idea. Your reason for being lies where four things meet: what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can get paid for. This reading looks for those four pillars in your birth chart. It describes tendencies, not a fixed path.

Do I need my exact birth time?

Yes, the reading needs it. Your birth time sets your rising sign (also called your Ascendant) and your houses, the twelve areas of your life. It also sets your Midheaven, the point of your chart that speaks to your career and your public image. The career side of your reading builds on these. It's usually on your birth certificate.
