Refund and return policy

Because our products (astrology reports and subscriptions) are digital and personalized, aistrowise.com does not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are buying an intangible, personalized digital good that, by its nature, cannot be returned.

Exceptions and refunds We will offer a full refund or a corrected order only in the following cases:

  1. Technical error: The delivered file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or is incomplete, and our support team is unable to fix it within a reasonable time.
  2. Product not delivered: If you do not receive your report because of a system error and we are unable to deliver it to you manually.
  3. Data error (on our end): If the report we generated does not match the birth details you entered. Note: We do not offer refunds if the customer entered their details incorrectly (date, time, or place) when placing the order.
  4. Duplicate charges: If our system charged you twice for the same order by mistake.

Right of withdrawal (European Union) Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • The supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
  • The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (such as a unique birth chart).

By purchasing and downloading our products, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the download or delivery of the service has begun.

Managing your subscription You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Canceling will stop future charges, but monthly periods already paid for and/or used will not be refunded.
